The signature Lamb Mandi[3] is a must-order. The rice portion is shockingly huge, I feel like it's enough to stuff the four of us[4]. As for the lamb, when it's good, it really melts in your mouth and is full of spices. But to be honest, today's meat felt a bit bony, and the portion seemed a bit stingy, like opening a blind box. On the other hand, another dish, the Aqda Lamb[5], was a pleasant surprise. The sautéed diced lamb was incredibly flavorful, savory and perfect with rice. This was Mantap!
