After grilling, it's tender and juicy, and one bite is pure bliss. And the Pork Belly[3], with its perfect mix of fat and lean meat, grilled until the edges are caramelized and crispy, dipped in sauce and wrapped in lettuce, Anjay! I could finish two plates all by myself!
Besides the meat, their Kimchi[4] also deserves a special shout-out. It's sour, spicy, and refreshing, one of the most authentic I've had in Indonesia, and super great for cutting through the grease.

Of course, nobody's perfect, and no restaurant is either. We also ordered a plate of Ganjang Chicken (soy sauce chicken wings). The sauce was actually pretty good, but the chicken wings themselves weren't fried crispy enough[5], so the texture was a bit lacking. Also, during peak hours when it's crowded, the staff can get a bit overwhelmed, so you might have to remind them if you need a side dish or something[6].
