The cake is heavenly, but the service is trash? Chateraise, how am I supposed to hype this

In Jakarta, it's so hard to find a Japanese cake that's just the right amount of sweet, not cloying or heavy at all! Every time I pass by this Chateraise at Senayan City, my sweet tooth DNA goes wild looking at all the exquisite little cuties in the window. Today, I finally couldn't resist and went for it!

In short, the cake is truly Mantap! But the rest of the experience... Anjay, it's hard to put into words. 😂
