The salmon sashimi[3] is also all-you-can-eat, and the thick-cut slices are super fresh. I think I polished off a whole fish's worth by myself. Also, the Indian food station's spice flavors are super authentic, miles better than many Indian restaurants out there. The dessert section at the end can also make you go crazy (bikin kalap), and the ice cream is especially delicious[4]!
But! The low points are just as glaring
I mean, a good buffet shouldn't just have a few star dishes that are good, right?
When I walked over to the Indonesian food station full of anticipation, the disaster began. The Satay was so dry, Anjay, and so was the Bakso. But other times, especially when it's crowded, slow plate clearing, missed orders, and getting no response after calling for ages also happen from time to time[7]. Last time my friend went, they even got the buffet start time wrong, and she had to just sit and wait for ages. The experience was immediately -50%.
