I mean, the greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment. I ordered their signature savory and spicy Mie Hompimpa[1] and specifically chose the entry-level spiciness, level 1. The first bite nearly sent me to the afterlife; the heat shot straight to my head! 🌶️ But my friend's bowl, also a level 1, was surprisingly bland and sickeningly sweet, felt more like a level 0.
