Girls, it's me again! I shopped 'til I dropped at Bintaro Jaya Xchange today and was so hungry my stomach was touching my back, when I looked up and saw the famous Sushi Hiro. There's always a long line every time I pass by, and it has a high Google rating of 4.9 stars[1], so I thought, I have to give it a try, right?
Once inside, I found that, wow, the ambiance is really Mantap. The decor is quite exquisite, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is great for Nongkrong with friends or for a family dinner. BUT! Let's just say, when it gets crowded, it can be a bit noisy. Also, some of the seating arrangements are a bit weird, too close to the next table, which felt a little awkward[2].

Here's where I have a small complaint... Although the taste is on point, the quality control seems a bit inconsistent.
