Girls, it's me again! I shopped 'til I dropped at Bintaro Jaya Xchange today and was so hungry my stomach was touching my back, when I looked up and saw the famous Sushi Hiro. There's always a long line every time I pass by, and it has a high Google rating of 4.9 stars[1], so I thought, I have to give it a try, right?
Once inside, I found that, wow, the ambiance is really Mantap. The decor is quite exquisite, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is great for Nongkrong with friends or for a family dinner. BUT! Let's just say, when it gets crowded, it can be a bit noisy. Also, some of the seating arrangements are a bit weird, too close to the next table, which felt a little awkward[2].
The Best and Worst Dishes, Don't Order Wrong!
After sitting down, it was time for the main event: ordering!

Their salmon is the real MVP! Whether it's sashimi or Aburi, you have to order it! The fish is cut thick and is so fresh, it melts in your mouth. That rich, buttery feeling is just incredible[3]! Another must-order is the Salmon Crispy Onsen Egg[4]. The runny onsen egg coats the salmon, and the texture is on another level, Anjay! For those who don't like raw food, you can try their recommended Creamy Udon Series[5]. It's very creamy and perfect as a main course.

Here's where I have a small complaint... Although the taste is on point, the quality control seems a bit inconsistent. The sushi rolls I had last time were actually different sizes, like there was a "daddy sushi" and a "baby sushi"[6], which was so confusing... Also, during peak hours, the serving speed really requires some patience. I waited almost half an hour for all my food to arrive this time[7]. I was so hungry I drained my phone's battery just scrolling.
