Every time I come to a mall in the East area, it always feels a bit cookie-cutter, until I went down to the basement level of Buaran Plaza... A sweet aroma pulled me right over, and I thought it was some new dessert shop.
Turns out it was just a small stall, but a few kids were already gathered around, their eyes lit up. The owner's hands were moving so fast, and in just a few moves, he made a super cute cartoon-shaped cotton candy[1]. It was so pink and tender, and the shape was so adorable, I almost couldn't bear to take a bite! Anjay, his skills are just too amazing!
I took a bite, and it had that pure cotton candy sweetness, not bad at all[2]. You're really just eating for the childhood memories and good vibes. The guy running the stall was also quite friendly. When he saw me taking pictures, he even deliberately held the cotton candy at a good angle for me. Mantap! 👍
