It was like an iced coffee milk loaded with syrup, so sweet it made my head spin, and the sweetness level couldn't be adjusted at all. I timidly asked the staff, and with a cool"you don't get it" look on their face, they replied,"Our signature is sweet. If you don't like sweet drinks, you should have ordered a Flat White." Alright then, my bad. 🤷♀️
