讲真，每次来泗水，身边总有人吹爆 Layar。这次终于亲自来会会它。周末晚上刚到门口就傻眼了，车位？不存在的！还好有免费代客泊车[1]，不然我可能直接打道回府了。人多到像赶集，心想这地方真有那么神吗？
进门秒懂，这是海鲜控的天堂
一进门就被震撼到了，这哪里是餐厅，简直就是个小型海洋馆啊！[2] 几十个大水箱里，各种生龙活虎的鱼、蟹、龙虾在你面前游来游去，新鲜度直接拉满。这选海鲜的仪式感，Anjay！
新店环境确实没得说，空间巨大，装修是那种带点巴厘岛风情的花园设计[3]，家庭聚餐或者商务宴请都很有面子。
重头戏来了！螃蟹是必点的，我们选了两种做法：咸蛋黄酱 (Telur Asin) 和 巴东酱 (Saos Padang)[4]。咸蛋黄酱浓郁到不行，每一口都裹满了沙沙的酱汁，下饭神器！巴东酱则是印尼经典风味，辣中带甜，超级开胃。
同行的朋友点的烤虾 (Grilled Prawn)[5]也出乎意料的好吃，虾肉Q弹，火候刚好，鲜甜味十足。主食要了份海鲜炒饭 (Seafood Fried Rice)[6]，锅气十足，分量也挺实在的。对了，他家还有个自助酱料台，各种 sambal 免费拿[7]，辣椒脑袋狂喜！
先别急着夸，槽点也得说实话
好吃是好吃，但买单的时候心还是抽了一下。我们五个人吃了差不多 200 万盾[8]，价格直逼新加坡的海鲜大牌，钱包有点痛哈。
但最大的槽点，必须是服务！上菜速度真的…一言难尽。我们点的喝的等了快一个小时才来[9]，感觉服务员都忙到飞起，根本顾不上你。急性子真的会当场爆炸。而且烹饪水平有点看运气，我们点的清蒸鱼就有点过火了[10]，肉质老了些，浪费了这么好的食材，可惜。
