Girls, I think I've dug up a "Schrödinger's treasure" in West Jakarta.

Don't expect any trendy decor or Insta-worthy corners. This is the most Lokal street-side stall (warung), with a few plastic tables and chairs, a grill blackened by smoke but blazing hot, and the owner calmly fanning the flames by the grill. Since the shop is called "Sate Djitu" (Djitu can be understood as 'precise' or 'on point'), I had to get straight to the point. I ordered the most classic chicken satay (Sate Ayam).
