Right after I got to Medan, a friend recommended this coffee shop called me& Wahid. To be honest, when I saw that a cup of coffee on the menu costs 40,000 Indonesian Rupiah[1], in a place like Medan, I was a bit taken aback. But my friend just gave a mysterious smile and said this place has an amazing rule. After hearing it, I immediately shouted Mantap!
As soon as I walked in, the whole space had this minimalist wooden style that I just love, with lots of sunlight streaming in, so quiet you could hear your own heartbeat[2]. There are tons of seats, and almost every seat has a power outlet next to it[3]. It's practically a "mobile workstation" tailor-made for people like us who are always running around with our laptops.
