OK, praise is over, time for some real talk. Although the duck is delicious, the dining experience is really... hard to describe. During peak hours, it's packed with people, tables aren't cleared in time, and the whole hall is a mess. The AC in the non-smoking area felt like it wasn't even on, it was stuffy and hot[6], a pure experience of Indonesian 'warmth'.
