Honestly, I'd heard a lot about this place, Posin, even before coming to Semarang, after all, it used to be the legendary old shop, Imperial Bakery[1], and now it's been upgraded into a super impressive building. But then... after I took a trip to the restroom, I almost had a mental breakdown on the spot... Anjay! The contrast is just on another level 😵💫
But to be fair, aside from that "cursed" toilet, the rest of the experience was pretty Mantap. The space is genuinely huge and stylishly decorated. The first floor is a bakery with an amazing aroma, and the second floor has beautifully decorated private rooms, super suitable for family dinners or small gatherings with friends[3]. You don't have to worry about crowds at all; you can comfortably Chill for an entire afternoon.
