After finally squeezing our way to the self-service ordering kiosk, we found that the machine wasn't very stable. The queuing took longer than the ordering, and at that moment, I was really tempted to just turn around and leave...

For real, when that sizzling hot plate of sambal was brought to our table, all my previous frustrations vanished in an instant! We ordered the Sambal Bakar Barra[1], which is a garlic-chili flavor. The bright red chilies were roasted on the scorching hot plate, releasing a charred aroma. That pungent and overpowering scent was so captivating, it almost stole my soul. I picked up a piece of crispy fried chicken, dipped it generously, and the first bite was just Mantap! It was so spicy my scalp tingled, but I couldn't stop eating one bite after another.
My friend who came with me ordered the spiciest green chili Gajja, and seeing her panting and chugging water told me just how intense it was 🥵. For those who can't handle spice, you can choose the sweet tomato-flavored Bakka, which is much milder.
Halfway through, when I felt like I was about to breathe fire, my savior arrived! A huge glass of Es Lidah Buaya & Timun Serut[2] is the ultimate antidote for the spiciness. The cool and refreshing aloe vera and shredded cucumber revived me instantly with just one sip. I have to say, even though the place was noisy and hot, it was all worth it for this authentic taste![3]

First off, the waiting time for food is really long. We waited for almost 35 minutes that day[4], so I suggest not coming when you're starving to the point of seeing stars.

The space is big enough, but the management is practically non-existent.
