Google 4.9 stars, awful service… What's wrong with this Mie Gacoan in Cianjur?

Anjay… Just came out of this Mie Gacoan in Cianjur, and I'm a bit stunned. Honestly, seeing the 4.9 high score on Google and the crowd packed at the entrance, I thought I'd hit the jackpot again, but the experience was a rollercoaster of emotions, with so many things to complain about that I just have to vent!

Even though I've been complaining a lot, for the sake of the prices and that cheese shrimp, I guess there are still some brave souls who want to give it a try. So, save this guide; it might help you get a little less angry:

• 3. Seating tips: If you're sensitive to the smell of smoke, definitely don't sit near the entrance or on the edge of the so-called "non-smoking area." Try to sit as far inside as possible.
• 4. For families: The restaurant doesn't provide forks, and napkins are limited. Although they have high chairs for babies, parents with kids should probably bring their own utensils and wet wipes[13].
