I could finish two plates all by myself!
Besides the meat, their Kimchi[4] also deserves a special shout-out. It's sour, spicy, and refreshing, one of the most authentic I've had in Indonesia, and super great for cutting through the grease.

The sauce was actually pretty good, but the chicken wings themselves weren't fried crispy enough[5], so the texture was a bit lacking.
