It opened its roastery right by a rice field, and that rooftop view is just incredible... It feels even more chill than some of the famous influencer spots in Ubud! 😎

The shop is called Fianda Coffee, and it's a coffee roastery itself, so they've really got the professional side of things down. The first floor is the roasting and ordering area, clean and bright, but the real treasure is upstairs!
I urge you, you have to go up to its rooftop! Seriously, there's a reason it's known by locals as the most chill cafe in Payakumbuh[1]. It boasts a vast, panoramic view of green rice paddies, and the breeze carries the scent of fresh grass and earth. To nongkrong here for an afternoon is just so awesome. I ordered their officially recommended Iced Americano[2], and the taste was super refreshing. The flavor of the beans was very clean, definitely a great pick-me-up. My friend's Kopi Palm Sugar[3] was also delicious; the sweetness of the palm sugar and the bitterness of the coffee were perfectly balanced, so it wasn't cloyingly sweet. Mantap!
Plus, the staff and the owner are super friendly. You can totally pull them aside to chat about coffee, and they'll be more than happy to share their knowledge and help you choose beans that suit your taste[4].
