The outside is fried until it's super crispy, and when you bite into it, it's packed with minced meat and egg. It has a gentle curry aroma that isn't too overpowering, and it's not spicy at all. The absolute best part is the sweet and sour sauce it comes with; it instantly cuts through the greasiness of the pancake. Mantap!
We also casually ordered a Indian Flatbread (Roti Cane)[3], which you eat with curry sauce, and it was so good we couldn't stop. For drinks, it has to be the Pulled Tea (Teh Tarik)[4].
