Originally, I didn't have any high hopes for restaurants in shopping areas like Bali Collection, but the lively vibe at the entrance of Nusa By/Suka still drew me in. And the result... Anjay! The atmosphere, with lush greenery surrounding the outdoor seating, and live jazz music playing[1], it felt like the whole place leveled up, totally unlike being in a mall.

I declare that the Signature Pepperoni & Hot Honey Pizza[2] is the MVP of this visit! The crust, freshly baked in a wood-fired oven, had a delightful char on the edges and was light in the middle. The savory Italian sausage paired with a touch of hot honey, a sweet, savory, and spicy combo punch that will blow anyone away! 🍕
