After sitting down and ordering, the main event was, of course, the dish it's named after: Sambal Cibiuk[2]! Chili heads will be in ecstasy. There are several types of sambal with free refills, served with complimentary vegetables. I could finish a whole bowl of rice with just that, Mantap!
We also ordered the classic Nasi Liwet[3]; the rice was fragrant and very authentic.
