And that Dieng Potato Mousseline[3], so silky smooth it made me question my life. It's absolutely the best mashed potatoes I've ever had, bar none.
Psst… let me tell you a little secret, the off-menu Kurosumi Steak[4] is the real hidden boss! It's marinated with charcoal and coffee, and the flavor is super unique. Remember to quietly ask the waiter if they have it.
