Today I finally made time to check it out, and how should I put it... the experience was more of a rollercoaster ride than I expected. 🎢
To be honest, the atmosphere was better than I expected. I'd heard friends complain before that the indoor seating was pitifully scarce, and you'd have to fight for a spot just to Nongkrong in the AC. But when I went this time, I found that the shop actually listens to feedback. They've added a lot more tables and chairs[1], so even during peak hours, you won't be left without a seat. I have to give them props for this 👍, it shows they care about the customer experience.
As for the coffee, it's the standard quality you'd expect from a chain—not bad, not amazing, and the price reflects that. It's a decent place to come in and chill for a bit when you're tired from shopping, enjoy the AC, and have an iced Americano. Everything was pretty Mantap...

This place has a serious safety issue! Especially for girls! A girl previously exposed online that she was secretly filmed with a phone by a male employee named MARWAN/SARWAN[2]! Anjay! In broad daylight, he was pointing his camera right at customers, and even tried to make excuses after being caught. Just thinking about it makes my skin crawl, it's so disgusting!
Although the shop received five-star reviews[3] for proactively improving the seating situation, an incident like this with an employee is a completely different matter. This is no longer a question of good or bad service; it's a matter of personal safety!
