The result… Anjay! I truly, genuinely experienced what it means to go "from anticipation to exhaustion." 🙄

After a long wait, the food finally arrived, and the taste was actually okay. We ordered the Stir-fried Eggplant Crab with Padang Sauce (Terong Goreng Kepiting Saus Padang)[2], the sauce was rich and went well with rice, and the crab meat was quite fresh; the Grilled Red Snapper (Kakap Merah Bakar)[3] was cooked on point, and the fish tasted sweet.
