To be fair, the restaurant's environment is decent. It's near Juanda train station, brightly lit, with a simple design that looks clean and comfortable[1], perfect for Nongkrong with friends. We went straight for the weekend premium package, thinking we'd get to eat the legendary Wagyu and Saikoro cube meat[2].
The first few slices of meat we grilled were actually pretty good, sizzling with fat, Mantap! Paired with their Jjigae (Korean stew)[3], a bite of BBQ followed by a sip of hot soup was quite refreshing. But the highlight was so short-lived... The meat slices we got later were as thin as paper, stuck to the grill immediately, and had way too much fat[4]! My friend complained that the meat looked a bit grayish and not very fresh. The vegetables in the self-serve area also looked wilted and didn't seem properly washed[5], which was a bit off-putting.

The biggest turn-off was the service and the restocking. The waiter had a deadpan face the whole time, sighing every time we called for him. You'd think I owed him money or something[6]. - Transportation: The location is right next to Juanda train station, so it's very convenient to get there by train. But don't drive, parking is extremely hard to find[9].
