Is it really worth it?
After much effort, I finally snagged a seat. No need to look at the menu, because for over 80 years, they've only sold one set meal[2]: fried fish, fish head soup, served with a small bowl of rice. The serving speed, however, was incredibly fast. A large piece of fried fish was golden and glistening, and the fish head soup was a vibrant yellow, shimmering with spicy oil.
I first picked up a piece of fried fish; the skin was crispy, but honestly, the fish meat itself was a bit bland[3].
