Since more of the game machine are more suitable for children age 3-8 years old probably, with game such as fighting game, FPS, and kinda realistic racing game has been either reduce or has not been available at all. But still it’s a good thing that we saw a place where children could still play outside and not always relying on the video games at home.
Most of the games, just like I mention earlier, are dominated for young children.”

WARNING AJA SIH. Dan kasih tau anak nya juga kalo makan permen karet jangan dijatuhin/dibuang sembarang di area bermain kesihan juga petugasnya mencari serta membersihkan nya. Saling menghargai saja.

Suka bgt main sand pit, seru bgt main perosotan funnel slide, tube slide bikin pusing, wave slide lucu bgt sih soalnya pendek gk sesuai ama tinggi kita wkwk, paling serem fast slide sih kek tinggi bgt trs langsung terjun bisa dilihat di video perosotan nya, untuk donut slide terlalu easy bisa dilihat di video ke 2, volcano slide pas dicoba kek keliatan gampang bgt ama tuh bocil pas dicoba sendiri kok susah ya kek nya emang remaja jompo tuh gini ya rasanya, rotating chair buat anak kecil, awalnya takut sama rope adventure krn takut jatuh & meningal dan akhirnya gk takut lagi krn udh terbiasa.

- Ini sangat rekomendasi pelepas stress skripsi, bawa anak2 boleh bgt
- blm ada alat2 yg rusak

The 4DX auditorium is a standout, featuring clean, well-maintained seats and immersive effects that enhance the film rather than distract from it. The motion, lighting, and environmental effects are thoughtfully integrated, making action sequences feel kinetic and engaging. It’s a format that, when done right, is thrilling—and this CGV location gets it right.
For those looking for a more luxurious experience, Velvet, Starium, and Gold Class provide elevated comfort and high-end presentation. Starium delivers on the promise of a larger-than-life screen with top-tier projection and audio clarity, while Velvet and Gold Class cater to those who prefer a plush, upscale experience with reclining seats and a more intimate atmosphere.

The one minor flaw? A persistent, actual bug (insect) that appeared in both screenings I attended in 4DX. While it didn’t ruin the experience, it was noticeable enough to warrant mentioning. Hopefully, it’s something they address with routine maintenance.

The cinema is nice and clean with a spacious lobby.
The location of the Mall where the cinema is located is on the main road and is widely passed by public transportation.
The sidewalk along the road to the Mall is also very neat and comfortable for those who want to go to this place on foot.
The ticket price in this cinema is cheap compared to another theater in other malls.
For Monday to Friday, the ticket is only IDR 35,000. (USD2.5) On Saturdays only IDR45,000. (USD3,5) and on Sundays, the price is IDR55,000 .- (USD4,5)
Suitable for students and people who have a limited budget to spend on watching movies.”

but there are a lot to improve, mostly on the service. I do appreciate the inclusion of Deaf staff but even when we were served by non-deaf staff service fell short; foods were not coordinated (like some foods didn’t make it to our table), drinks were late due to miscommunication etc.
but beyond that, the venue is huge with ample seating. light and sound system were top notch. Just a note tho the sofa area on the left had no platform so it was kinda hard to see the stage.
Oh and the toilet felt somewhat dirty. Maybe not dirty but old? since it is a revamped old establishment.
can’t say too much about the food since it is only the opening night menu, maybe better foods later, but the two we had, was somewhat flavor-less (not a word). And the chicken was dryyyy. but I hope next time on the other night this area can be improved as well.
Honestly have so much hope for this venue!!! But I can only feel confidently bring my friends / colleagues here IF these issues are fixed first. Too bad if people want to experience “inclusive space” but the experience is bad from the fnb and service side (which is their main offering ya).

Most of the guests are workers who want to get cheap entertainment after work hour. This cinema is one of the cheapest XXI Cinema in Jakarta. Even though it's cheap, they still offered excellent services as XXI's standard. Parking space for car or motorbike are quite wide, so don't worry to bring your vehicle here.
They have 5 theatres/studios and most full on every show. So, better to book your ticket online before hand. Last time I went here, i was at theatre 5 and i felt they set the volume too loud and it was little bit annoying.”

Oftentimes, a loud and sudden appearance of a ghost will be used to induce an adrenal response in the audience members.
It is odd that none of these films were recognized at the 2024 academy awards. I can only put it down to bias against the undead in the entertainment industry, which is sad in this day and age.”

There was minimum bill for some of the seats inside. We went on Sunday late afternoon without any reservation and were given 1.5 hours before we have to close the bill. One of the very few places in town that have the most extensive wine collection. Their wine display include the price in it. Their signature dessert, Trio Molten Cake, which consist of matcha, dark and white chocolate with vanilla ice cream is divine. We ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc which wasn’t pricey as it was during happy hour. Apple Crumble was top notch. There are a lot of places in town that offers great view, or instagrammable decor, or nice atmosphere but the food or the service was not up to expectations. This place is different. Had a really enjoyable time here.”
