I didnt have to wait long, and the actual consultation was extremely informative and put me at ease.
I decided quickly based on the cost to go ahead with a number of treatments. I had deep skin milieu and a red mark I wanted resolving.
The treatments were handled with care and genuine professionalism, I was really happy how the treatments were handled.
My face has never felt smoother and I understand the microneedling will trigger calogen and elastin to naturally repair my seems to have already started. I was also given a daily moisteriser to use.
Also, the after sales team are excellent and respond quickly to any queries I have in terms of best post treatment care.
Excellent friendly service I really recommend.”

Pengerjaannya nggak buru-buru, lembut juga nggak kasar gitu pas megang2 wajah. Tiap ganti step, Kak Nadesya selalu ngejelasin apa kegunaannya. Selalu ditanya juga apakah sakit/engga. Pokoknya kita dibikin nyaman & relax sepanjang treatment.
After treatment, kulit langsung kerasa bersih, sel-sel kulit mati semuanya keangkat. Langsung kerasa halus pokoknya. Untuk treatment ini sama sekali ga sakit kok.

The wellness center is located on the lower ground, near the food courts and restaurants. The interior is minimalist and simple. While the room was small, it was clean and practical. I do wish there was a shower to freshen up after the oily massage, but I understand the space limitations.
