The shop is newly renovated, with two floors, and is nice and clean. The first floor is semi-open and a bit hot, so I went straight to the second floor. It was indeed much cooler, better for Nongkrong, and there's also a VIP room with AC, very Cozy[2].

- Teh Tarik[5]: I also ordered the Teh Tarik, and it tastes a lot like the ones you get on the streets of Singapore or Batam.

Honestly, while their Mie Tarempa is tasty, if you're an ultimate purist, you might feel it lacks that little bit of "wildness" in flavor compared to the most veteran spots in Batam.
