Mantap! The smoky aroma was incredibly dominant, and the slices of meat were glistening with oil. The beef was tender, not dry, but what truly amazed me was the beef tongue! It was so soft it practically melted in my mouth, taking the texture to another level compared to the beef. Absolutely incredible.
The soul of the dish has to be the dipping sauce! You absolutely must choose Sambal Lu'at[3].
