Girls, seriously, if you pass by Ling-Ling's in Seminyak on a Tuesday night, you'd absolutely think there was some kind of free party going on inside. It was overflowing with people, the music was blasting, and the vibe was off the charts. That's right, I came for the legendary"Taco Tuesday," and I didn't expect the scene to be so Anjay!
Once I squeezed in, I realized it was a whole different world inside; the space was much larger than I imagined, with neon lights flashing and quirky, whimsical decor. It's completely a place made for Nongkrong[1]. The servers, both guys and girls, were super enthusiastic, weaving through the crowd with big smiles, and the food came out super fast. It was simply amazing[2].
Now for the highlight! The tacos on Taco Tuesday are ridiculously cheap, only 15k-20k each[3]! We ordered all the flavors: Korean beef, pork, and chicken. Each one was a flavor bomb, so delicious we couldn't stop eating[4]. Besides tacos, you absolutely have to try their incredibly creative fusion dishes. To be honest though, while most of the dishes were Mantap, they weren't without their downsides. For example, those spring rolls tasted good, but the portion was indeed a bit mini[7]; they were gone in one bite, which felt a bit unsatisfying.
